Southport, NC – FOCUS Broadband has opened its newest customer care center in Southport, expanding the company’s local presence and making in-person support more accessible for customers in Southport, Boiling Spring Lakes, St. James, Oak Island, and nearby communities. The new location reflects FOCUS Broadband’s ongoing commitment to providing convenient, community-centered service throughout Brunswick County.

Located at 4891 Long Beach Road SE, Suite 2, in the Food Lion shopping center, the store gives customers a convenient, hands-on way to explore available services, pay bills, return or pick up equipment, and speak directly with knowledgeable staff. The customer care center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

FOCUS Broadband is also continuing to expand its fiber optic network in the Southport area. This summer, FOCUS Broadband services became available in parts of the downtown area and in communities such as Osprey Landing and Cades Cove, as well as areas along N Howe Street. Additional expansion will move forward as the City of Southport’s broader project to move city utilities underground progresses.
