Shallotte, NC – FOCUS Broadband is pleased to share that the company has been recognized as “Best in Customer Service” in the Brunswick Beacon’s 2025 Best of Brunswick Awards, which invites readers to vote for their favorite local companies and service providers in a variety of categories. This marks the 17th time FOCUS Broadband has earned this recognition, demonstrating its long-standing commitment to exceptional service.

Established in 1955, FOCUS Broadband has been serving Brunswick County for 70 years and has been continually evolving to bring the latest in telecommunication services. Currently, FOCUS Broadband is working on a multi-year project to upgrade its entire network to fiber optics. Once this project is complete, subscribers will have access to multi-gig broadband speeds over a more resilient network. Many residents in southern Brunswick County are already enjoying enhanced reliability and speed thanks to this upgrade, with ongoing construction throughout the county to convert additional areas soon.
