Pender County, NC – FOCUS Broadband is excited to announce the opening of a new customer care center in Burgaw, NC, at 1855 NC Hwy 53 W, across from Four County Electric Membership. The store caters to both new and existing FOCUS Broadband customers and is conveniently located to serve those in Pender and Duplin Counties.

Store hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. As a full-service FOCUS Broadband center, this location will allow customers to sign up for new FOCUS Broadband services, make payments, and speak with customer care representatives. Visitors also have the opportunity to experience FOCUS Broadband services such as MergeTV, home security solutions, and smart home technologies. Additionally, customers signing up for FOCUS Broadband wireless can choose from a selection of the latest iPhone and Samsung devices.

The new Burgaw location is FOCUS Broadband’s fifth customer care location, complementing existing stores in Shallotte, Whiteville, Sunset Beach, and Leland.

FOCUS Broadband has already made fiber optic delivered gigabit broadband service available to over 2,000 homes and businesses in Pender and Duplin Counties with more areas to be completed in the coming weeks and months. The installation of the fiber optic network was made possible using grants from the USDA and the NC Great Grant programs with additional contributions from Duplin County, Pender County and FOCUS Broadband.
