Official Terms & Conditions
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Toro 30-inch Electric TimeMaster lawnmower, valued at approximately $2,499.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. Should the Prize become unavailable, FOCUS Broadband reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value or make other arrangements with the Prize winner as deemed appropriate. The Prize is void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to current FOCUS Broadband customers who are 18 years of age or older.
Limit one (1) entry per customer.
Employees of FOCUS Broadband and members of their households, as well as current or former members of the FOCUS Broadband Board of Directors, are not eligible to participate.
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter
Eligible customers may enter by completing and submitting the official FOCUS Broadband Customer Appreciation Day Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.
Entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per customer.
FOCUS Broadband is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, corrupted or otherwise invalid.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, October 10, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, October 18, 2026.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
FOCUS Broadband will attempt to contact the selected winner using the phone number or other contact information provided with the giveaway entry.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, the Prize may be forfeited at FOCUS Broadband’s discretion, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
By entering, participants authorize FOCUS Broadband to contact them using the information provided with their entry if selected as the Prize winner.
Prize Claim/Delivery
FOCUS Broadband will coordinate directly with the winner to determine how and when the Prize will be claimed and received.
The winner may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and sign a Prize release form before the Prize is released or delivered.
If the Prize is delivered, the winner may be required to sign a form confirming receipt of the Prize. Confirmation of delivery may be shared with FOCUS Broadband.
Taxes
The winner will receive a Form 1099-MISC reflecting the value of the Prize, as applicable. FOCUS Broadband will pay the required taxes associated with the Prize on behalf of the winner.
The winner is responsible for any additional tax obligations that may apply as a result of receiving the Prize.
Publicity
The Prize winner may be required to sign a photo and publicity release form upon claiming the Prize, granting FOCUS Broadband permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph or other identifying information for promotional or marketing-related purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The winner’s first and last name, along with their town, may be shared on the FOCUS Broadband website and/or through FOCUS Broadband promotional or social media channels.
General Conditions
FOCUS Broadband is not responsible for any defects, damage or issues related to the Prize. Any manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
FOCUS Broadband is not responsible for any technical failures, including but not limited to computer, network, telephone or website failures, that may prevent an entry from being received or processed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOCUS Broadband shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the Prize.
FOCUS Broadband reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues or fraud, in its sole discretion.
If, due to any error, the number of valid Prize claims exceeds the number of Prizes available as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, FOCUS Broadband reserves the right to award only the advertised number of Prizes. In such event, the available Prize shall be awarded by random drawing from among all eligible, verified and validated Prize claims received. Under no circumstances will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.
